Empowering others starts with giving people permission to reveal who they really are… in other words, to be vulnerable. Leaders who model vulnerability bring out the best in the people around them. Molly will provide a quick overview of organizational dynamics that make being who you are challenging within an organization. She’ll then facilitate an interactive activity for participants to experience seeing themselves and others in a new light, which sets the stage for the trust needed for people to believe they are empowered. The session will close with breakout discussions around the biggest challenge to empowerment in your organization and potential ways to address it.
