Global development leaders talk about the journeys their respective organizations have taken to build inclusive diversity and equity at every level. Addressing gender equality and broader diversity is no singular event or analysis but rather a journey, and the challenges and successes shared will promote discussion and peer to peer learning. The session will examine how practical approaches such as pay gap analysis, pay equity reviews, and DEI policy rollout, can be used to strategically to shift power within an organization and promote transformation across the sector.
