Have you ever had to get work done through people who don’t report you? Have you struggled to figure out how to get others behind your goals? Join this session to 1) Learn how to define influence and assess your ability to influence; 2) Identify the core skills involved in influence; and 3) Develop an influence strategy for the people you work with most. The session leaders will bring real experience and stories to illustrate how influence, when done right, achieves goals and strengthens relationships. Individual participants are encouraged to think of a specific scenario where they wish to have more influence to use as an example in this interactive session.
