Event Details
An intersectional approach is vital to transformative and sustainable equity, diversity, inclusion, and access (EDIA). Organizations can achieve diversity through equitable hiring and employee retention practices, but true inclusion comes from recognizing that individuals live multiple, layered identities.
ㅤ
Organizations must look past numbers and statistics and focus on the complex identities and experiences of their employees. Join us for this panel highlighting intersectional approaches to EDIA, that uses a combination of resources (strategies, tools, policies), and how these have been operationalized.
ㅤ
Interactive breakout sessions delving more deeply into specific topics immediately follow.
