      Damiana Astudillo is a mission driven, adaptive leader dedicated to excellence in public service with over 18 years of experience in program design, team leadership, change management and aligning strategies to mission delivery. She is passionate about fostering high performing teams, innovation, learning and building coalitions. Damiana currently serves as the Senior Director of the Human and Community Development Group at the Millennium Challenge Corporation leading a group that delivers services in education, health, design thinking and user experience. Damiana has also worked at the White House (2021-2022) advancing equity in services across the federal government, as a Director of Agriculture leading a global portfolio and as an Associate Director of Gender and Social Inclusion. She holds a Master’s degree in Public and International Affairs, is fluent in Spanish and French and loves seeing the world anew through the eyes of her daughter.

      Jennifer McCollum



        Jennifer McCollum is on a mission to create better leaders and workplaces, by advancing women and promoting inclusivity.

        She’s an accomplished CEO, speaker and consultant, and the author of the new book “In Her Own Voice: A Woman’s Rise to CEO.” This book uses data and personal stories to shed light on the unique challenges women face on their journey to leadership, providing actionable insights for aspiring leaders and organizations. Jennifer has presented on hundreds of stages, podcasts, and webcasts across the globe and been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Fast Company, Forbes, and Psychology Today.

        Jennifer is the President & CEO of Catalyst, an organization dedicated to accelerating progress for women in the workforce. Previously, she was the first female CEO at Linkage, a global leadership development firm dedicated to “Changing the Face of Leadership.” Her expertise includes how to close the gap to gender equity; why the most effective leaders are inclusive leaders; and how to demystify inclusion for leaders and organizations.

        She is an avid tennis player and skier, the mother of three and lives in the Washington, DC, area with her husband.

        Global Head of Inclusion for Women of Color

          Stephanie is the Global Head of Inclusion Programs for Women of Color and a Thought Leader in doubling-down on support and advocacy for caregivers globally. Prior to this role, she was a Retention Strategist, acting as a coach, advisor, and advocate for underrepresented employees to get satisfaction in their role, feel included at work and find opportunities to develop and grow.

          Leading up to this work, she co-created the State of Black Women @Google Summit and Collective, an initiative designed for black women Googlers, globally, to have dedicated space for community, conversation and connection. It has since expanded to include Latinas, Asian and Indigenous women.

          She graduated from Stevens Institute of Technology with a B.E. in Electrical Engineering. After working in infrastructure engineering at Lehman Brothers during and right after college, she transitioned to the digital media industry; spending the next 10 years, working on big data, forecasting and inventory management for media powerhouses Forbes Media, FOX News Digital and NBC News Digital.

          Outside of the Googleverse, she is an Advisory Board Member of Per Scholas, a national workforce development focused on technology careers for individuals in overlooked communities. She also serves as an advisor for a number of startups.
