She currently serves as Deputy Regional Director, Africa at Pact, supporting multidisciplinary development programs across the Region. Marianna is driven by sustainable, inclusive impact and enhancing capacity of institutions and individuals. She volunteers on at Boards of numerous non-governmental organizations and has mentored many young leaders. Marianna has been honored with multiple awards, including Top Women in Management Africa 2021. Marianna resides in the oceanside city of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania and enjoys nature and travel.
