DEI work is profoundly personal, it is profoundly structural and it is profoundly disruptive. At the organizational level what do you need to DO TO bring about transformation and demonstrate sustainable DEI change in your organization across the countries where you operate? What is required of you, as a leader, to bring about this change?
Best-selling author and former Global Chief Diversity Officer of Sodexo, a company that operates in 55+ countries with over 400k employees serving 100 million customers on a daily basis, brings her wealth of experience, humbling moments and best practice examples. She will share a framework for transformative leaders and others committed to embedding rather then bolting on DEI to ensure lasting change.
With Dr. Anand, you’ll delve into the three c’s:
- Curiosity to be self-aware and use yourself as an instrument of change and be vulnerable enough to know where your gaps are and be ready to seek that out.
- Courage to seek out disruptive experiences.
- Commitment to follow through with actions including holding teams accountable, clear measurement, embedding in vs bolting on to systems.
